Mindfully Mend was founded in 2017, by Fran Abbott.
Fran is an accredited Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher and runs the Breathworks’ signature eight-week courses: Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress. She also provides mindfulness courses in small groups and bespoke services for individuals, workplaces, schools and organisations in her local community and the North West of England.
